MEET THE STYLISTS - NEALIE

When It All Started

I have completed my education at Impulse-A-Salon where I trained under highly educated and amazingly skilled hairdressers. I have been in the industry for 9 ½ years and have enjoyed every moment. Continuing my education is very important to me. Being current with the latest styles helps me to keep myself and my clients moving forward into the future. I am Swartzkoff and Loreal Professional trained. I often travel to New York to the Soho Loreal Academy and have also traveled to Washington D.C. to the Ilo Loreal Academy.

Training and Education

Impulse provides extensive training classes that are held at the salon. I am educated on the latest seasonal looks provided by top Loreal educators. I am a certified provider of the Keratin Staightening system.

Currently I am the creative director at Impulse-A-Salon. I am involved with many photo shoots, which were featured this year and last in Atlantan Magazine.

Philosophy

Listening to my clients is crucial in determining the client’s needs and skill level. Educating the client on what would be most suitable for their hair. Teaching the client how to maintain and continue their haircare at home is also a very important part of my service. Your artistic work is always on display.

My creative juices come from many different influences: movies, magazines, people, and my own mind. The place I get the most creativity from is fellow stylists. You are never educated in this industry, it is forever evolving! If you think you know it all, you know nothing at all!
